RECRUITMENTS

Interview Procedure
All permanent, temporary and contract candidates registering with Roberto Mac, whether for a specific vacancy or a general registration, are interviewed face-to-face by one of our trained consultants. Our in-depth interview process involves a minimum of 45 minutes.

Reference Checks
After candidates have gone through our in-depth interview and skills testing and assessment, temporary candidates are reference checked. For all permanent candidates we ensure we have 2 contacts for referencing which we will keep on file and wait for client's instructions to follow these up. Roberto Mac uses a standard reference criteria that is either undertaken verbally or mailed out for completion and return. It is normal for us to approach the previous employers which cover the candidates previous 5 years working experience and/or their last two employers.

Candidate Preparation
Once it has been identified that the candidate has the necessary skills, qualifications and personality to meet a client's requirements, we ensure that the candidate is fully briefed on the position they are being interviewed for.

Once a candidate has been selected for interview they receive written confirmation on the details of the interview, together with a copy of the job description and any other associated documentation.
